How does it work?
Munster Tool Co franchisees are problem solvers, providing the latest specialised tools to help automotive mechanics and maintenance technicians complete difficult service and maintenance jobs faster, safer and more efficiently.
Our initial training covers three key areas:
- Our technical training will teach you about the products, their key features and important benefits so that you provide the best solution for each customer.
- Our sales training will help you develop the basic skills to create and close sales opportunities.
- Our business training will show you how to set up and manage your own business.
At the end of two weeks you will know all that you need to know to confidently launch your new business.
Then every three months, we provide further training so that you can continue to grow your business and, of course, full support is always available by phone, FAX or email.
Finally, all systems and procedures necessary to run the business are detailed in a comprehensive Franchise Operating Manual.
