This superb tool from Facom is designed to make the removal of earless Snap Rings from a shaft an easy job.
These pliers would typically be used on Snap Rings found on transmissions drive shafts etc.
Most snap ring Pliers have a serrated blade to stop the ends of the circlip slipping when being removed, this tool has a forged end with a dimple into which the snap ring fits so that it cannot slip off.
This plier covers rings with diameters from 15 -62 mm.
